As part of a small SYPartners team, we designed an interactive training program that reconnected 200,000 Starbucks baristas across North America to the craft of coffee. Through extensive user research and in-person pilots, we created a transformative, hands-on curriculum that deepened skills, pride, and connection to the brand. The result was a groundbreaking learning experience now used by every barista in North America.
